Workify collects the information you submit through its waitlist forms, including your name, contact details, area, service interests or skills, optional notes, language preference and consent time.

We use this information only to manage pre-launch interest, understand service demand and contact you about relevant launch access. We do not sell waitlist information.

Access to submitted information is limited to authorised Workify personnel and service infrastructure. We retain waitlist data only as long as reasonably needed for launch communication, operational planning and applicable legal requirements.

You may request access, correction or deletion through Workify’s official contact channel once published. This draft should be reviewed by Malaysian legal counsel before public launch.
